I found myself in that same position in 2018 and decided to go for it.  

I very quickly found myself half-way through fixing up my old condo only to realize that I didn’t know very much about the short term rental business.  I googled and youtubed and pinterested and still didn’t have a lot of confidence. I felt overwhelmed and underprepared. I ended up taking a leap of faith and slowly learned my way.  After a year of running my own rental, earning Superhost status and many five star ratings later, I am ready to share my secrets. I have the tips and tricks to delight your guests, keep your place looking good and smooth out any mishaps.
