Hello! My name is Anastasia, it is so nice to meet you!

I started this page because I love to help people with their short term home rentals.  I opened my rental in early 2018 and it quickly became the only topic of conversation in my world. I found success and ended up spending quite a bit of time dishing out advice and sharing stories about my craziest guests. I grew to love this business and found that it really suited my life. This business has enough flexibility to allow you to tend to other things in your life if you need to. It has certainly kept me grounded, and I am grateful for that. After informally helping many people with their rentals, I am offering a this site as a resource for those that need it. I absolutely believe in small business and I think rentals are a great place to start for so many people. I can help you start a short term vacation rental, maximize your profits and occupancy, and operate your business with ease. I learned these tricks because I absolutely had to.  With a sick husband, I simply didn’t have time to joke around with mediocre strategies. We all know necessity is the mother of invention, and so it was for me. My goal is to educate you, so that you can avoid hassle, heartbreak and problems. I live in Phoenix, Arizona with husband. My favorite vacation was in Maui.  Tacos are my favorite food. I like to spend Saturdays reading, cooking and planning my next home decor project.
